1. Check the eligible game and reward

Open the NBA 2K27 code list and read the entry before copying it. Confirm the reward, any deadline, and whether only a limited number of players can claim it. A code’s name is not enough to establish which game receives the reward.

3. Enter the complete code

Use the Copy button if your device allows it; otherwise type the code shown in the listing. Keep all hyphens. Uppercase and lowercase are accepted. Before submitting, check easily confused characters such as O and 0, or I and 1.

4. Follow the result and check your inventory

If the game awards a pack, check your unopened packs. An option pack can require a selection: read the item descriptions and choice count before confirming. Copying or saving a code on our site does not reserve a redemption or claim the reward.

After acceptance, check the reward screen and unopened packs; if there is an error, record it and follow troubleshooting steps.

Can I use the MyNBA2K mobile app?

The old MyNBA2K app is retired. 2K says access ended on August 21, 2026, with NBA 2K HQ replacing it. Guides telling you to select NBA 2K27 inside MyNBA2K are outdated. Official app sunset notice.

This guide recommends in-game redemption. The replacement app’s existence alone does not confirm that it supports the same code-entry workflow.
