A typo, a completed promotion, and a missing pack need different next steps. Do not assume a code is expired solely because your first attempt failed.

What the result tells you
| Result | Check next |
|---|---|
| Invalid or unrecognized | Compare the full code, including hyphens; check the eligible game and promotion details. |
| Expired | Check the deadline in the announcement. Our archive keeps the code available for reference. |
| Maximum claims reached | A limited-quantity offer can finish before a date-based deadline. |
| Already redeemed | Check whether this code was previously used. Re-entering it does not create another reward. |
| Accepted, reward missing | Check unopened packs and the correct mode. Update and restart before escalating. |
| Connection or service error | Record the message and check official support before repeated attempts. |
The first five checks follow 2K’s general locker code guidance. A successful reward outcome is controlled by 2K, not this tracker.
Unknown expiry is not the same as unlimited claims
Our two working listings currently have no confirmed end time. That is a missing detail, not a promise that they last forever. Conversely, a “recheck needed” label describes an old working report; it is not an expiry confirmation.
Collect useful evidence
Before contacting support, note the game, platform, code, attempt time and time zone, exact message, and whether the reward was accepted. A screenshot of the error is useful. Keep passwords, recovery codes, and personal Twitch Drop codes out of public posts.

For a typo or incorrect status on this site, send our editorial team a correction. For an account problem or missing reward, use 2K Support. We can update a listing; we cannot grant in-game items.
